Thank you for being patient during the covid period. We are working as hard as we can to catch up on all the treatment and examination that were delayed.

What To Expect During Your Visit

If you have an appointment booked, we will call you before your visit to go through some COVID-19 related pre-screening questions with you. We would appreciate your cooperation, as this is very important to complete prior to your visit.

On the day of your appointment, we ask you arrive at your appointment time as we have a limited capacity of patients that are allowed within the practice at any one time.

Face coverings are mandatory until in the dental surgery. If you have an exemption, please make us aware of this prior to your visit and provide proof on arrival.

Our front is locked at all times, this is to prevent anyone coming in and out of the practice, that we haven’t screened. Once a member of our team, sees you are waiting, we shall greet you and ask that you hand sanitize prior to being seated.

Following government guidelines, you are expected to attend the practice alone, for your appointment. Please inform reception prior to you attending, if you feel this isn’t possible i.e. Carers, adult supervision etc.

Safety Measures

Following strict guidance from The British Dental Association we have certain measures in place for the time being, in order to protect you and our team.

Our appointment diaries are being staggered, which means all appointments involving aerosol* shall take place in the morning and appointments which do not involve aerosol, will take place in the afternoon.

*Aerosol Generating Procedure (AGP) – this involves the use of air and water within the mouth at the same time, such as filling and cleaning appointments.

Do’s & Don’ts

Please bring as little belongings as possible to your appointment, to reduce the risk of transmission.

We ask that you do not attend the practice, if you have any symptoms relating to COVID-19 or if you have been told to self -isolate.

Due to COVID, we currently ask that you please avoid using our bathroom facilities.
